Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc 2017, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Babich Winery has been family-owned and operated since 1916. Their Black Label Sauvignon Blanc was first produced in 2005. The 2017 vintage of the Black Label Sauvignon Blanc was fermented at controlled and cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to keep fresh the varietal flavours fresh. A small portion of juice was fermented in old oak barrels to contribute to the weight and complexity of the wine.
