Penmara Reserve Shiraz 2007, Orange, New South Wales, Australia: Vintages Wine Panel: Penmara (Pen derives from the Greek word for five; Mara is Aborigine for five fingers or hand) came into being when five family-owned vineyards joined forces in order to gain greater control over their own production, winemaking and distribution.
