Fattoria le Pupille Morellino di Scansano 2022, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: Fattoria Le Pupille Morellino Di Scansano 2022 is a great value medium-bodied Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Alicante red wine blend at $19. Fragrant with pink and red roses, spiced plum and flinty notes on the nose, this Tuscan red is juicy on the palate with spiced plum, tart cherry, mocha and toasty oak spice flavours flinty on the finish. Very nicely crafted! Food pairings: tourtière, grilled lamb chops, chicken cacciatore. White Wine

Featherstone Canadian Oak Chardonnay 2022, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Featherstone 2022 Chardonnay is vegan-friendly and produced from sustainably grown grapes from a fully self-sustained winery. Bone-dry and full-bodied, it is a vibrant Chardonnay aged in Canadian oak barrels made from the oak of trees grown along the Grand River in Ontario. Grapes are also hand-harvested and fermented with native wild yeasts. Look for crunchy green apple, toasted nut, buttery and spicy flavours with notes of maple wood smoke creamy and textured on the palate.
