Château Capet Duverger 2019, Saint Émilion, Bordeaux A.C., France: Château Capet Duverger 2019 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied, 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc red wine blend lush with dark plum, black raspberry, chocolate and nutty flavours fresh, zesty and polished on the palate. Decant for a couple of hours prior to pouring it with a prime rib roast done rare. Good now but tannins need to mellow out a bit. Enjoy it from 2025 through 2033.
