The E Block is home to only a few rows of Sauvignon Blanc in the estate vineyard in Waihopai Valley. Minerally on the nose and palate, the wine is dry with tropical fruit, lemon-lime zest, fine herbs, briny mineral and flinty flavours sleek and lithe on the palate. Very expressive and impressive, chill and enjoy it with grilled shellfish dishes.
