Boya Sauvignon Blanc 2020, Coast Zone, Leyda Valley D.O., Chile: Produced by Garcés Silva, Boya 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is made from sustainably-grown wine grapes from 13 year old vines in the Leyda Valley. Boya Vineyards are influenced by the Pacific Ocean's moderating and cooling breezes bringing cool temperatures and allowing grapes to slowly ripen and develop character. These cooling breezes also bring a salty tang to the grapes. Flinty, briny and herbal on the nose, you just know this wine is going to have amazing acidity.
