I've been getting questions on why there are sharks, sheep, predatory hawks, polo horses, goats and magpies in my new book Unquenchable ... well this is the back-up strategy if the wine angle doesn't work out :)

Today's Wines include some spectacular red wines from Tuscany and Piedmont as well as premium red and white wines from Argentina, among a wide range of styles and regions in the 62 wines I recommended.
As we slip into chillier weather, we indulge in more robust meals, such as a juicy rare steak or prime rib. I've included my pairing tips for these dishes below... an don't worry, I am not pairing wine with polo horses.
