Dry and medium-plus-bodied, look for ripe black plum, earthy violets, loamy earth and spicy flavours vibrant on the palate. The wine spent 36 months resting on its lees in underground cellars and is rich, elegant and minerally on the nose and palate with dried quince, melon, apple, pear, citrus zest with a long, briny mineral finish.
