The wine is fragrant with white florals, dry, medium-bodied with bright apple, pear, peach lemon-lime zest and subtle spicy flavours mouth-wateringly long on the palate. Pinot Grigio food pairings: grilled asparagus and artichoke galette, salads, fish tacos, calamari. Red Wine

Via Nostrum 2019, Corbières, Languedoc A.P., France: Via Nostrum 2019 is a dry, medium-bodied 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache red wine blend with grapes sourced from marl, sandstone and limestone soils from the hilly Corbières, Languedoc wine region. The wine is fresh and fragrant with aromas of red currant, red plum, dried herbs and refreshing acidity on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Excellent value at $17. Via Nostrum refers to the Via Domitia, the ancient Roman road which intersected what are now several wine appellations in the Languedoc, including Corbières.
