Sister's Run Calvary Hill Shiraz 2020, Barossa Valley, South Australia, Australia: Sister's Run Calvary Hill 2020 Shiraz is a juicy, dense and full-bodied Barossa Valley 100% Shiraz, fragrantly spicy with plum compote, blackberry, menthol and herbal notes with a chocolate and subtle toasty oak spice finish fresh and balanced on the palate. Dry, medium-bodied and fragrant with pink florals, ripe strawberry and soft citrusy notes, the wine is zesty with pink florals, citrus, strawberry, melon, subtle spicy and flinty mineral flavours elegant on the palate. Produced by winemaker Shiraz Mottiar from free-run, lightly pressed Pinot Noir grapes.
