Juniper Crossing Original 2021, Margaret River, Western Australia, Australia: Juniper Crossing Original 2021 is a dry, juicy and zesty white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with grapes sourced from the Margaret River, Western Austrailia wine region. This SB is fragrant with tropical fruit, passionfruit and guava aromas, rounded and zesty on the palate with a crisp citrus tang. Mostly made in tank, a portion of the wine (9%) was fermented in oak barrel for five months giving it structure and its roundness on the palate. Chill and enjoy it through 2024.
