Divine! This wine is the essence of supple and all that luxurious word embodies. Full-bodied weight with excellent length and depth, this Syrah has enticing aromas of black cherry and raspberry, dark spices, and clove. From dinner parties to gifts, this wine will do you proud.

Syrah food pairings: wild game, roasted lamb, creamy pastas, and sheep’s milk cheeses.

Manon rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Excellent-très savoureux
The 2007 vintage is our first Syrah co-fermented with a small percent of Viognier, which softens the structure and enhances the aromatic aromas. A medium-bodied red that is juicy and lush, bursting with black cherry, clove and a hint of white pepper on the nose and raspberries, dusty cocoa and wild herbs on the palate.
