Decanted 3h, tasting well, integrated medium tannins, medium plus acidity and body. Blackberry, dark plum, baking spices, hint of raw black olive flesh. Good value. Pairs well with bbq red meats and is versatile. Accessibly priced and crowd pleasing. Tasted 2015 vintage in May 2018. 89 points

Located on the right bank of Bordeaux, close to the Dordogne river, Chateau de Ribebon 2015 offer charming aromas of red cherry, ripe strawberry, lavender, bay leaf, vanilla and oak. Full bodied with medium finish, Chateau de Ribebon 2015 develops into a balanced wine with tart plum, blackberry, fennel, salt, pepper and oak. Keep it in the cellar for two to three years or drink it now. You will not be disappointed either way. Enjoy.

Spicy and slightly funky, floral - very interesting. Sour cherry, cranberry, cinnamon, sweet tobacco, mushroom, smoke, touch of lilac. Lasting tannin, could age a while longer. Great deal!! Pair with a black pepper steak.

Full-bodied and firm, this red blend from Bordeaux greets the nose with aromas of black plum, leather and smoke. Grippy tannins with flavours of black plum and a smokey finish. Pair with rare steak. Tasted May 06, 2018.

Smoky amd savoury. This Merlot dominated blend packs a ton of punch for the under 20 category of Bordeaux now available.
Pretty garnet colour.
Dried herbs, pepper, plum, currant, and cedar/campfore aromatics.
The flavours are really fresh (it is quite young, though I do not suggest aging much past 2020).
Blackberry, more dried herb, and plum. Cedar ruminating on the finish.
Great little wine to buy a few of for barbecue season.

A good, approachable Bordeaux…
Presentation: A traditional, classy and refined label
Appearance: Medium-deep ruby
Nose: Medium nose with notes of ashes, grilled medium-rare steak, green peppers
Taste: Dry, medium-full body, medium acidity, nice, round tannins with black fruit (plums, blueberries, blackberries), earth, leather, graphite
Finish: long, sour, dirty, dark fruit finish
Overall impression: Complex, big, round, well-made Old World wine, which we look forward to pairing with savoury, grilled meat (steak) and cheese.

Tasted March 27th, 2018. Ruby red, clear brilliant colour with medium legs. Aromas and flavours of black fruit, black plum, black cherry, menthol and leather. Taste dry, fruity, full bodied minus, grainy tannin, and a long mouthwatering fruity finish. This is a wine of good value. Paired perfect with our roast leg of lamb. I would highly recommend this wine.

Château De Ribebon 2015, Bordeaux A.C., France: Cedar-smoke on those of this value-priced Bordeaux red wine blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc.
