Matt Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Assyrtiko is an indigenous white grape from the island of Santorini, Greece. Planted in the volcanic terroir found throughout the Island of Santorini, Assyrtiko is a grape unlike any other, and is renowned for its minerality making it terrific when enjoyed with seafood. The 2015 is a light gold with sweet orchard fruit and minerality on the nose. Medium bodied with great refreshing acidity and texture. Salinity shines on the first sip and persists throughout again reinforcing how well suited this wine is for enjoying with seafood. Serve slightly chilled. Tasted March 2017. 88 points. David Skinner rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Medium straw colour. Lemons and minerality on the nose. A medium bodied dry wine with crisp acidity and plenty of citrus on the palate. Excellent finish full of citrus and mineral.

Grilled calamari would do nicely with this wine.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale straw in colour. Intriguing nose featuring anis, saline aromas, citrus and underlying herbal notes. Tangy and fresh on the palate, with crisp, lemony acidity, a light, linear structure and lingering saline, citrus notes through the finish. Unoaked, well balanced and utterly drinkable.
Carola Price rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Crisp lime and mineral notes with a touch of steeliness. In the mouth however there is a pile of lime and grapefruit, flint and some fresh herb. This is pretty typical wine from this producer. It envokes thoughts of sitting by the sea and enjoying this crisp, fresh wine with olives, fresh grilled fish and good company.
Drink now to 5 years.
