Savoury, meaty, mouth-watering, juicy, alive! The fresh, vibrant Niagara red wine is a blend of of 52% Cabernet Franc, 24% Merlot and 24% Cab Sauvignon grapes. Gorgeous aromatics of fleshy black plum and some mocha from oak aging. Following a dry summer in the 2011 vintage, later harvesting and low yields enables the Two Sisters winery still still pick fruit at peak ripeness. Great texture, long finish. Pair with grilled pork chops.

Food pairings: Grilled rib eye with potato croquette, swiss chard and roasted carrots.
