A full-bodied, smooth red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Grenache grapes harvested from a vineyard in Galilee. The wine was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. Aromas and flavours of sweet blackberries and plums. A modern, international style, clean. Pair with a pepper steak.

Food pairings: lamb cutlets, New York striploin steak, roast breast veal.
