Lise Charest Gagne rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A silky ripe red fruit New Zealand Pinot Noir. This wine is from the Otago region where the climate in mostly continental with cool nights and hot days. Ripe red raspberries and strawberries on the nose with hints of cloves and cinnamon. This wine has a creamy caramelized mouth feel with flavors of ripe red fruit and soft tannins. I would be delighted to have this with mushroom risotto or a rich French onion soup.
Produced by Villa Marie, this New Zealand Pinot Noir is full of sweet fruit and spice. The vines are planted in the wine sub-region of Bannockburn. - Community Wine Review.
