Lovely combination of fresh and lightly spiced stewed apples on the nose. The off-dry palate is balanced with a zippy acidity, keeping it lively and refreshing. The crisp apple and baked apple pie on the palate has a juicy clean finish. A very enjoyable sipper that would pair well with light curries, appetizers or a hammock in the shade.

No Boats on Sunday is a throwback hailing from when folks working in the busy shipping port of Halifax would rest on Sundays, hence the term, “Oars up!” An homage to taking time to relax and enjoy by pulling your oars up and taking it easy. Moderately sweet and made from locally sourced Ontario apples, this lightly hopped cider has elements of citrus, pear, yellow plums and a hint of ginger spice. Bright and refreshing. Awesome to pair with almost anything, burgers, salads or just on it’s own. Cheers!

I'd tried the Nova Scotia version of this cider before but the Ontario version is just as good!! Off dry, but with nicely balanced sweet and tart apple flavours, and a crisp finish with just a hint of warm spice. This cider pairs nicely with any deep fried pub foods.

Crisp, clean and packs a lovely punch of pure apple flavour. No gimmicks- just a decent, slightly sweet cider that is very enjoyable. Think bbq, pool-side or your next picnic!

Crafted exclusively with Ontario apples, this aromatically pleasing hopped cider offered crisp, spiced apple aromas that announced an enticing blend of lightly spiced orchard apple flavours. Not a sugar bomb, this cider presented refreshing moderate touch acidity, too. Nice to see an ingredient list displayed on the bottle’s label. Enjoy.

Pale straw in colour, No Boats on Sunday is a crisp, clean and refreshing Ontario apple cider with aromas of apples and some baking spices. It is slightly off-dry and an easy drinking cider. Tasted on October 4, 2021.
