Muga's Prado Enea Gran Reserva 2015 is produced by Isaac Muga. From a great vintage, the wine is a juicy and concentrated red wine blend of mostly Tempranillo with 15% in Garnacha and 5% Mazuelo. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels and is rich with aromas of ripe black fruit with baking spice and smoky vanilla notes creamy and supple on the palate. Built to age and very nice now, but will be better from 2028 on when it starts to show its very best. Drink through 2040.

Food pairings: roast pheasant, roast quail stuffed with wild mushrooms and dried apricot, grilled duck breast.
