An interesting blend of barrel-fermented Chardonnay, skin-fermented Gewürz and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc brought up in acacia wood which adds exotic florals to the blend. Lundy Manor's Proprietor's Blend 2017 is soft and juicy with ripe golden apple, peach, soft citrus and vanilla flavours on the palate with a light mineral finish. Nicely done.

Food pairings: pan-fried panfish, fish tacos, grilled chicken.

Lundy Manor's Proprietor's Blend 2017 is a zesty Riesling in this blend and also contains acacia barrel-fermented Chardonnay, skin-fermented Gewürz and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc. The acacia wood adds exotic florals to the ripe apple, stone fruit and zesty citrus flavours on this wine. Finishes with a clean minerality.
