This pretty-in-pink blend includes 60% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 5% Carignan. It’s candy-pink in colour with sweet-edged aromas of raspberry, maraschino cherry, red pepper jelly, pink grapefruit and savoury herbs. Dry with a medium body, there’s a wallop of ripe red-fruit flavour balanced by crisp acidity. It’s pretty and tasty. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
