From the Robertson wine region, Christina The Heritage Collection 2017 Shiraz is a well-crafted red wine with grapes sourced from the Van Loveren Vineyards. Look for ripe dark fruit, cherry, wild herbs, meaty and spicy flavours smooth and supple on the palate. This full-bodied Shiraz was aged 14 months in oak barrel (30% new). Tannins are polished.

Shiraz food pairings: roast leg of lamb, veal tenderloin, roast duck.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
