A terrific, mouth-watering Alsatian white wine made from the classic Riesling grape. Dry and refreshing with notes of lime citrus. Pair with fresh seafood.

Riesling food pairings: poached salmon with sautéed snap peas and snow peas, Thai seafood noodle salad, butternut squash risotto,.

Reviews and Ratings

Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Alex: A lean, racy style of Alsatian Riesling here, and very dry as well. Lots of lemon peel here, some just-ripe orchard fruit and crunchy, searing acidity on a lightweight frame. Excellent match with lighter shellfish fare and even a solid pairing with oysters. Atypical style, but good.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Pale straw. Moderately intense notes of ripe lemon and red apples. Very vibrant and nervy. A touch lean on the palate, lacking the big, spiced, juicy profile typically associated with Alsatian Riesling.
This Alsatian Riesling won a Gold Medal at the 2015 Concours des Grands Vins de France Macon. Crisp and flavourful as an aperitif. - Community Wine Review
