This is a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc, the best I have tasted so far this year! Aromas of citrus, and tropical fruits with floral jasmine notes. Flavours of lemon/lime, pineapple, honeydew melon and passionfruit with green apple on the finish. A beautifully textured mouthfeel.

14.1 % alcohol and barrel-aged. Aromas of cherries, raspberry and a hint of violets and herbs. On the palate, cherries, and cranberries with mushroom and earthy notes. A well-balanced medium-bodied wine with smooth tannins and a long finish. Paired beautifully with BBQ Salmon and “fresh from our garden” Salad.

A big bold wine, full-bodied with a dense garnet red colour. Aromas of blueberry, black cherry and cocoa. On the palate, raisin, black fruit, stewed plum, dark chocolate and leather with a hint of nutmeg. Silky smooth tannins and a long finish. Ready to drink right now.

This vibrant white blend takes its name from the song made famous by Canadian Rock Icon, Neil Young. The wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Vidal, Siegfried and Viognier. The wine starts with aromatic aromas of ripe fruit. The flavours are an explosion of fresh fruit salad including pineapple, red apple, apricot, honeydew melon and more. A smooth rich mouthfeel with a touch of bitterness on the finish to refresh the palate.
