Grgich Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, Napa Valley, California, United States: Grgich Hills 2018 is a dry, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon-driven red wine blend with 10% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 4% Cabernet Franc in support. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from estate vineyards in Yountville, Rutherford and Calistoga. All vineyards are certified organic and grapes are grown without the use of artificial pesticides or herbicides. Elegant as always, this vintage is showing pure Cab flavours of black currant, pink florals, mint, black olive and exotic spices generous and concentrated on the palate. Drink or hold.
