Navascués Enología Cutio Garnacha 2019, Cariñena D.O., Spain: From the Cariñena wine region, the Grenache grapes for Navascués Enología Cutio 2019 were sourced from Old Vines Grenache from high-altitude vineyards around the village of Almonacid, and from 2018 the wine has also been produced there. Grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks with wild yeasts. The wine is dry, medium-bodied, velvety on the palate and fragrant with pink florals, ripe red berry, plum, white pepper spice all balanced with fresh acidity.
