Astrolabe Pinot Noir 2018, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Produced from sustainably grown grapes from the Marlborough wine region. Wild yeast barrel fermented then it spent 18 months in French oak. Some light waxiness on the medium finish. Available from winery. Pour with baked ham and sweet potatoes.
