Torbreck Woodcutter's Shiraz 2021, Barossa Valley, South Australia, Australia: Torbreck Woodcutter's 2021 Shiraz is a fruity, full-bodied Barossa Valley red with ripe blackberry, raspberry, bright cherry, smoky with a hint of cardamon, star anise and Chinese five spice on the palate. Acidity is in check and tannins are creamy and fine-grained. Produced from 100% Shiraz, wine grapes for this vintage were sourced from the Marananga, Greenock, Seppeltsfield, Gomersal, Moppa, Lyndoch and Ebenezer districts. The wine was matured up to 12 months in neutral oak barrels. Drink or hold to the end of the decade.
