Vintages Wine Panel: Considering how warm the Okanagan can be, this crisp, cool and green apple-fresh Chardonnay suggests a much more moderate climate. The refreshing nature is very appealing, especially with the addition of grapefruit, melon and honey aromas and flavors. My note: Gorgeously and beautifully balanced with enticing notes of green apples, peach and toasty oak. Superbly crafted.

Chardonnay food pairings: corn dishes, cream sauces, roast chicken, Pacific salmon.
