Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Frm Spain's NE corner of Calatayud a blend of Old Garnacha, Syrah, Cab Sauv and Merlot, with a dark ruby inviting nose of ripe dark berries, spice and oak. A luscious palate shows dark cassis, blackberries, vanilla, mint, slight pepper, oak and milk chocolate. Dry with a very well-balanced mouthfeel, soft tannins and a long complex finish. Remarkable value at $14.95
This big Spanish red wine produced by Bodegas Langa Hnos is a blend of 80% old vine Garnacha, 7% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Merlot grapes. Finishes with vanilla spice and dark berries. - Community Wine Reviews
