A gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles where the Hope family have been making wines since 1978. Intense with ripe, dark plum, dark cherry, dried herbs, and mocha flavours on the palate. Great value here! Pair with braised beef ribs.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: dark chocolate bars studded with dried cherry and blueberry fruit, roast breast of veal, roast turkey.
